We started our first challenge in 2020 with Trekking Dai Binh Moutain at the end of August. Dai Binh Mt locates in Bao Loc, Lam Dong Province. about 200 km far from Saigon, 3,5-4 hrs driving. Height is about 900-1000 m, not too hard for discovery but not too easy for lazy guy like me.
We got off from shuttle van at 55th AH, and started walking with happy faces. The leading road is small, between coffee and tea gardens. Fresh air, good view made us forget about being tired at the first 1 km.
Coffee ,tea garden is everywhere we walk. I think if this is Feb or March, We might die of coffee flower flavors. Road is getting more hard, hills appears and sometimes We stop walking, just try to not fall off. We stayed at UpBase Camp. UP Base Camp is situated in Dai Binh mountain, Bao Lam district, Lam Dong province. This is an outdoor camping ground for physical and mental enhancement. To reach Up Base camp, you will need to go on foot (trekking) over a 2,5-km distance from the mountain foot. It takes about 1 hour for 3 km trekking. tired but happy. We sat in the garden, drink cold beer and enjoy the view to city. There are not too many moments like this in your life, I’m sure. and one thing I also know for sure that these moments still go with me until dead. Lucky me, I met and have some talks to the owner. a good man, with his passion, passed all difficulties, built his dream, brought jobs to many people here. I really admired him. In hopes that I can make this trekking road to be a popular tour in future.
We had a super diner and go to bed early because here provide electric only from 18:00 to 21:00, and next morning we have to wake up before 5:00 to start Cloudy Hunting experience. You can enjoy our trip as pics below.
